Programmable Logic Control (PLC) synchronizes the movements of infeed, film unwinding, sealing, and outfeed, ensuring efficient operation. The large colored touch-screen interface allows saving up to 50 personalized programs, with software protection provided through four levels of password access. Both manual and fully automatic loading options are available, helping to maintain low operational costs. The ReeFlow 50 Top Film Reel can achieve speeds up to 200 PPM, while the Bottom Film Reel version reaches up to 150 PPM. The high-speed ReeFlow 100HS Top Film Reel can process up to 750 PPM, and the wide version, ReeFlow 100W, handles up to 200 PPM.
