Long-Dwell Motion System

The ReeFlow 200 Long-Dwell flow wrappers are ideal for fresh food in modified atmosphere (MAP) as well as to deliver air-tight packages and a higher production output with special materials. These machines may be manually loaded or integrated into a fully automatic processing and packaging line.

This flow wrapper features stainless steel construction on a cantilevered frame. The machine body design allows for easy access to remove and clean each part for the highest level of sanitation. The ReeFlow 200 is ideal for fresh foods requiring MAP and thick materials, or for medical applications.

User friendly, designed to improve the operation and facilitate the work of the operator and maintenance team, helping to reduce operating costs and increase return on investment by minimizing the maintenance costs, as well as optimizing changeover and sanitation times.

The programmable logic control (PLC) synchronizes all the servo-driven movements of the infeed and outfeed conveyor, the film unwinding, the sealing rollers and jaws, and other options.

The large colored touch screen HMI sits in its own casing and can be easily moved around by the designeted operator. Basic machine controls are fixed directly on the frame and can be operated at the touch of a button. Up to 100 different programs may be stored for quick formats changeover.
