The ReeMaster NextGen series is a state-of-the-art line of automatic tray sealers, designed to set new standards of efficiency and precision in fresh food production, making it the ideal choice for high-performance production lines. Built for medium to large-scale operations, it ensures seamless performance across up to three shifts, making it perfect for high-output manufacturing.

Engineered for maximum precision, the machine features servodriven Advanced Indexing Conveyors that position multiple trays in line, while servo-controlled side grippers load the trays into the die-set with stability and efficiency. Its stainless steel washdown construction guarantees the highest level of sanitization, and the open-frame design provides full access to all components, ensuring easy maintenance and cleaning. A toolfree, semi-automatic die-set changeover system allows for quick adjustments, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

Designed with user-friendly mind, the ReeMaster NextGen is equipped with a 12-inch full-color HMI touchscreen and proprietary software, simplifying recipe management and daily operations. Offering versatility in packaging, the machine is compatible with simple sealing, M.A.P., or Vacuum Skin Packaging (VSP). It can efficiently handle preformed heat-sealable trays of any type as well as flat cardboards.
