Rotary Motion System

The Reepack ReeFlow 50 and ReeFlow 100HS Rotary Motion Horizontal Flow Wrappers produce three sided seal packages. Both models are available with top or bottom film unwind, standard or wide versions.

The Reepack ReeFlow Series features user friendly operations designed to improve daily production and maintenance use. ReeFlow flow wrappers are accurate and flexible. Made to handle the widest variety of products and wrapping materials while cutting down on changeover time.

Reepack's flow wrappers were created for easy cleaning and sanitization. Full stainless steel construction meets the highest quality standards for hygienic machinery.

The Programmable Logic Control (PLC) synchronises movements from the infeed conveyor, the film unwinding, the sealing devices, and the product outfeed conveyor. Equipped with a large colored touch-screen interface, producers may set individual parameters and save up to 50 different personalized programs. The software is protected by four levels of access, each with a password.

The Reepack ReeFlow 50 and ReeFlow 100 HS machines can be manually loaded or integrated into a fully automatic packing line, helping processors to reach low operational costs.
