Each unit features a Programmable Logic Control (PLC) system that synchronizes the infeed conveyor, film unwinding, sealing devices, and outfeed conveyor. The large colored touch-screen interface supports up to 50 programmable settings and provides four levels of access protection with passwords. Whether integrated into a manual or fully automatic packing line, these systems offer extensive customization possibilities to meet various application needs.

The ReeFlow 50 with a top film reel can achieve speeds of up to 200 PPM, while the bottom film reel version reaches up to 150 PPM. The ReeFlow 100HS reaches high speeds of up to 750 PPM with a top film reel, and the wide version, ReeFlow 100W, can handle up to 200 PPM.
