Fried Chicken Packaging on ReeMatic 1000 Automatic Tray Sealer

Discover the Reepack High-End Automatic Tray Sealers. Designed to be fully customizable, these machines offer a great level of flexibility to meet the most challenging production requirements. Our tray sealers are capable of sealing 10 to 200 packs per minute, supporting Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and Vacuum Skin Packaging (VSP). The high level of washability and the full servo-driven system make these models ideal for industrial environments that need maximum efficiency without compromising hygiene and safety.

Compatible with a range of heat-sealable materials including PP, PE, PS, C-PET, A-PET, Cardboard, and Alu, our machines are versatile. They also feature various infeed/outfeed lengths and types for trays or cardboards, as well as automatic tray denesters and snap-on lid applicators. Additionally, we offer automatic loaders for solid products and dosing systems for liquids or creams, along with marking and labeling systems.
