ReeForm ONENEW

Designed for small and medium scale production, ReeForm ONE is Reepack’s new entry level thermoforming machine, developed to deliver a compact, cost effective and reliable solution without compromising on performance or safety.

ReeForm ONE is specifically aimed at producers operating in the fresh and frozen food industries, offering an ideal balance between efficiency and cost of ownership for flexible packaging applications.

Built on a fully stainless-steel, robust construction, ReeForm ONE is engineered with a pneumatic lifting system optimized for high vacuum performance. The intuitive 7” color touchscreen PLC control panel provides user-friendly operation, making ReeForm ONE an ideal solution both as a first step into thermoforming and as a dependable machine supporting growing production needs.

Designed as a fully integrated solution, ReeForm ONE features a minimal footprint—with a maximum length of 3.5 meters—allowing fast delivery and reduced installation lead times, even in space constrained production environments.

Capable of running up to 10 cycles per minute, the machine supports vacuum and MAP packaging, offering versatility across different product categories while maintaining an excellent performance to price ratio.
