Installation

At our factory in Italy, every machine is set up and tested with the customer's packaging materials and performance requirements are tested prior to delivery. At the customer's facility, our technicians arrive in advance to check the location of the machine, as well as, the connections for electricity and compressed air.

Installation and commissioning are completed by experienced Reepack service technicians. Your operations and maintenance personnel are trained on site so that your production can start immediately after delivery.

Every Reepack machine will include:

• An instruction manual booklet with one USB-flashdrive. Detailed instructions on machine operation are shown step by step with pictures;
• A detailed list of replacement parts with pictures and code numbers;
• Cleaning instructions;
• Technical documentation tailored to the individual machine. Each page includes the machine code number.
