Whistleblowing

Reepack S.r.l. has adopted a specific procedure and a dedicated IT application — Whistleblowing Reepack — for the management of reports in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023.

Designated Whistleblowing Officers have been identified and appointed. All interested parties (such as suppliers, customers, business partners, etc.) may contact them to report any potentially unlawful, risky, non-compliant behaviors or other dysfunctions observed, including through the methods outlined in the company’s Whistleblowing Procedure.

With the awareness that such reports can provide a valuable and constructive contribution to the implementation and improvement of its organization, the company offers protection to individuals who report irregularities or dysfunctions, safeguarding them from possible retaliation.
Everyone has the right to submit a report: employees, collaborators, company partners, and also third parties with whom the company interacts, including, but not limited to, customers and suppliers.
Protection of whistleblowers is an integral part of the company's policies aimed at upholding the principles of legality and transparency that guide its operations.
