Fresh Salad Packaging on Reepack ReeMaster 600 Automatic Tray Sealer
The Reepack ReeMaster automatic tray sealing packaging line includes flexible tray sealers suitable for medium to large batches optimised for quick product changeovers. A gripper tray transport system is used for automatic tray transfer through machine. The gripper movement is precisely defined in the user-friendly HMI and is controlled by the servo motor drive, ensuring a secure transfer of filled trays.
Thanks to its flexibility and wide range of complementary equipment add-on's, the Reepack ReeMaster tray sealers are particularly well suited for every fresh or cooked food product and can be easily integrated into a food processing line.
