ReeApp: REEPACK's Enterprise App
The ongoing evolution of ReeApp functionalities allowed to eliminate the use of PCs and laptops. To use ReeApp means with just a few TAPS:
For each Reepack machine: presentation, technical sheet, videos, and access to real time quotation
Registration of potential customers names and back-up in a database for Marketing & Communication activities
Configuration and quotation of the selected machine. Creation of PDF file to print or share via email.
Documents organized by subject (e.g. Presentations, Machines, Equipment) displayable directly from the iPad or with the possibility to print and share by email
Demo, customer and packaging test viedos organized in folders and divided by machine families and models
Archive of all the news provided by the Marketing & Communication department. Grouped by category and possible to share by email
Detailed technical assistance reports and archiving with customer signature for acceptance. Possibility to send by email after saving data
Funcionality for the record of a work trip daily expenses in a clear and complete report in PDF to be shared automatically with the Administration office
Search for any document in the App by keyword, and save favorite documents in folders
Cloud for storage of documentation directly in the App with the possibility of forwarding as attachments in the email generated with the App
Presentation of all machines and equipment grouped in families and models. For each Reepack product you can read a description, open a presentations, check technical data, watch demo videos, and directly access to real time quotation.
The selected machine can be configured base on customer's needs and a quote is calculated in a few taps. This section can manage different price lists and discounts. Before generating the offer in PDF format, it can be customized in terms of contents and immages. Thanks to the statistics coming from the app, Reepack is able to have a constant monitoring of its sales netweork.
Each area manager is albe to track his expenses during a business trip in a clear and complet scheme. They can for each expense fill in detailed information and attach the picture of the receipt taken directly from the tablet. Possibility to register with all the foreign currencies. The monthly report is shared automatically with the Admistration office.
Archive clients' details during direct visits or in case of exhibitions and events. The registered contscts will be saved in a databse and grouped in: meeting event, country, sector, product of interest and anything else. This will allow specific Marketing actiiy.
Detailed technical reports can be generated within this section in order to be officially archived together with the client's signature for appoval. After the data has been save, it is possibile to send the reports by email.
