ReeClose 100 is the smallest IN-LINE machine of the range.
Design very compact with a good performance. Suitable for the packaging of small and medium-sized batches and can be integrated in a packaging line.
Aluminium foil clipping on tray contour is available with an easy tool changeover to M.A.P., Skin or Single Sealing packaging, one and only machine in the market for it.
The die is loaded and unloaded by trays with an automatic transfer done by suitable grippers which lock the trays. The grippers movement is precisely defined in HMI and due to the servo motor drive ensure a secure transfer of filled trays.
Stainless steel washdown construction providing the highest level of sanitization. A compact frame and small footprint permits it to fit into tight spaces.
