Fully automatic MAP traysealer for every kind of pre-formed trays.

The restyling of this machine has been carefully studied to make it even more stable, ergonomic, and easy to use with low maintainance.

The NEW ReeBasic Automatic Tray Sealer is the perfect combination between low consumption and a compact footprint. No compressed air required!


HYGIENIC DESIGN FOR EASY WASHDOWN

- Replacement of all screws with washers with hexagonal head flanged screws.
- Hygienic closures for electrical cabinet.
- Tray support panels on infeed locked in position without screws.
- Motors and gearboxes with a more cleanable design.

CHANGES TO DECREASE MAINTENANCE COSTS

- Outfeed conveyor with rollers removable without tools.
- Film unwinding system adjustable by friction.
- New support feet to give greater stability, plus possibility of mounting wheels.

Possibility of installing 40 and 60 m3/h pumps with the same housing.
