The new tray sealer generation Reeclose differs in the market by a very compact construction in stainless steel and the modularity which simplifies the adaptation to the customer project.
The very compact tools permit a fast format change over and a lower consumption of gas and film.
All important movements are made by highly dynamic Servomotors which allow high speed. Different closing and sealing systems with or without MAP are possible on this machine which is available in one or two lanes version.
All product related parameters can be memorized in programs.
